Orders less than $99, we have a blanket cost of $10 inc. GST.
All express post parcels have a blanket cost of $20 inc. GST.

Returns
If you need assistance or have an issue with an item you have already purchased, please call 1300 613 999 for support from one of our trained CPAP consultants.
Refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged CPAP equipment will be applied when CPAP Depot has been notified by phone or email detailing the nature of the fault or damage. All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by CPAP Depot staff and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms & conditions. CPAP Depot will assess the level of fault and or damage upon receiving the products and will determine a suitable solution for replacement or refund if applicable.
Equipment purchased can be returned to CPAP Depot and a refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to certain product returns. If the product has been unpackaged and/or used, due to Health Regulations we are not obligated to give refunds. Exchanges may be given at our discretion if the item meets certain criteria e.g. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee's.
Due to Health Regulations on medical equipment, we are not obligated to refund opened medical equipment.

Warranty
Normal warranty periods for CPAP machines is 2 or 5 years - depending on make & model. CPAP masks and accessories have a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. Warranty periods for humidifiers & power supply's vary between brands. Call us for more info if you are unsure, each manufacturer have their own Term's & Conditions regarding warranty.
CPAP Depot will supply a loan CPAP machine at no cost for all CPAP machine purchases from a CPAP Depot clinic, provided the unit is within its warranty period. Postage of devices are at the purchaser's expense.
All warranty repairs out of the warranty period will be processed subject to the goods being returned to CPAP Depot at the purchaser’s expense.
Fees will apply for loan CPAP machines when a machine is out of its warranty period or purchased from another CPAP supply company.
